In light of the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the health and well-being of our customers, teams and communities of the TCI is our top priority. We understand the growing concern and uncertainty surrounding this serious pandemic and are praying for all those impacted worldwide and continue to be committed to meeting your needs as this situation evolves.

We are open!

Our stores will remain open at normal operational hours as we continue to monitor this situation, we will advise of any changes as the situation progresses. The cleanliness of our stores have always been a priority and something we take pride in, however over the past few days we have taken measures to do deep sanitized cleaning of both our locations and intensified our overall cleaning regimen.

We are here for you!

You will also notice that we have placed hand sanitizer stations in the appropriate areas throughout the store (cashier counters, customer service, etc) for use by both customers and employees. Our associates have been educated on precautionary measures and sanitation and are regularly disinfecting frequently trafficked and high-touch areas in our stores.

We are also working diligently with our local and international merchants to make certain that our stores remain fully stocked with the necessary items. There is a high demand for items such as hand sanitizers, Clorox, Lysol and other disinfecting/cleaning agents, which may temporarily be out of stock, but we are doing our best to reorder, restock and fairly make available as quickly as we can.

We do and will continue to follow the recommendations of The TCI Ministry of Health as well as the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure that we are responding to the most up to date information to do our part to keep our customers and associates safe.

We encourage the public to continue to frequently participate in hygienic practices and social distancing as we strive to keep the Turks and Caicos coronavirus free.
